Turnover in service industries grew by 1.5 per cent year-on-year in December to February
Turnover in service industries grew by 1.5 per cent in December to February from the corresponding time period of the year before. One year previously turnover in service industries grew by 6.3 per cent. Services are here examined exclusive of trade.
Three months' year-on-year change in turnover in services (TOL 2008)
In the December to February period, turnover developed more slowly than in the previous year in all main service industries. Turnover grew fastest in real estate activities, where it went up by 4.6 per cent from one year ago. The growth amounted to 1.9 per cent in information and communication enterprises. Turnover developed most slowly in transportation and storage enterprises, which grew by only 0.3 per cent from the corresponding period of the previous year.
