Building costs rose by 1.9 per cent year-on-year in November
Building costs were 1.9 per cent higher in November 2012 than in November 2011. The prices of labour inputs in construction went up by 1.7 per cent, the prices of materials by 1.8 per cent and those of other inputs by 2.8 per cent from one year ago. This is indicated by Statistics Finland's Building Cost Index 2010=100.

From October to November, the total index fell by 0.2 per cent. The prices of labour inputs were unchanged, the prices of materials fell by 0.4 per cent and those of other inputs by 0.3 per cent from the month before.
