Building costs grew by 1.4 per cent year-on-year in April
Building costs were 1.4 per cent higher in April 2013 than in April 2012. The prices of labour inputs in construction went up by one per cent, the prices of materials by 1.6 per cent and those of other inputs by 1.8 per cent from one year ago. This is indicated by Statistics Finland's Building Cost Index 2010=100.

From March to April, the total index of building costs rose by 0.3 per cent. The prices of labour went up by one per cent, the prices of materials remained unchanged and those of other inputs went down by 0.1 per cent.
