Building costs grew by 0.4 per cent year-on-year in September
According to Statistics Finland, building costs were 0.4 per cent higher in September 2013 than in September of the previous year. The prices of labour inputs in construction went up by 0.8 per cent, the prices of materials went down by 0.1 per cent and those of other inputs went up by 1.7 per cent from one year ago.
Building cost index 2010=100
From August to September, the total index of building costs fell by 0.1 per cent. The prices of labour remained unchanged, the prices of materials decreased by 0.2 per cent and those of other inputs fell by 0.4 per cent.
