Building costs rose by 0.4 per cent in July in year-on-year
According to Statistics Finland, building costs were 0.4 per cent higher in July 2015 than in July of the previous year. The prices of labour inputs went up by 0.6 per cent and the prices of other inputs by 1.6 per cent from one year ago. The prices of materials remained unchanged from the previous year.
Building cost index 2010=100
From June to July, the total index of building costs rose by 0.2 per cent. The prices of labour inputs and other inputs in July were on level with June. The prices of materials rose by 0.4 per cent from the previous month.
