Building costs rose by 0.5 per cent in September in year-on-year
According to Statistics Finland, building costs were 0.5 per cent higher in September 2015 than in September of the previous year. Prices of labour inputs in construction went up by 0.8 per cent, prices of materials by 0.2 per cent and those of other inputs by 1.3 per cent from one year back.
Building cost index 2010=100
In September, the total index of building costs remained on level with August. Prices of labour inputs rose and prices of materials went down slightly. Prices of other inputs stayed on level with August in September.
