Building costs rose by one per cent in November year-on-year
According to Statistics Finland, building costs rose by one per cent in November 2016 compared with the previous year's November. The prices of labour inputs in construction went up by 1.4 per cent and the prices of materials by 0.9 per cent from one year back. Simultaneously, prices of service fell by 0.4 per cent.
Long term development of the Building Cost Index
From October to November, the total index of building costs remained on the same as in the previous month. The prices of labour inputs, materials and services all remained unchanged from October.
