Building costs rose by 0.3 per cent in November year-on-year
According to Statistics Finland, building costs rose by 0.3 per cent in November 2019 from one year back. The prices of services rose by 1.2 per cent and labour costs by 0.9 per cent compared with November of the previous year. The prices of materials fell by 0.4 per cent from one year ago.
Long term development of the Building Cost Index
In November, the total index of building costs remained on level with October. The prices of materials rose by 0.1 per cent. The prices of labour inputs and services remained unchanged from the previous month.
