The data content of these statistics on new orders in manufacturing will widen

Starting from 10 September 2010, the data content of these statistics on new orders in manufacturing will widen. Publishing of seasonally adjusted, working-day adjusted and trend series will then be started. Adjustment for seasonal variation is made using the TRAMO/SEATS method.

Seasonally adjusted series will be first released in connection with the publication of data concerning July 2010. All these new series will be available from 2005 onwards in Statistics Finland's StatFin online database service.
