According to preliminary data, inflation in the EMU countries 3,0 per cent in November
Revision to the publishing of 14.12.2007. The inflation calculated with the Harmonised Index of Consumer Prices has been revised 8.1.2008 for November in Finland.
According to the preliminary data on the Harmonised Index of Consumer Prices, the rate of inflation in the member states of the EMU was in November 3,0 per cent. It was 2.6 per cent in October. The corresponding figure for Finland was 2,21)per cent in November.
Eurostat's estimate on inflation in the EMU area is based on preliminary data compiled by the member states and on the price development of energy. Eurostat will publish detailed data on the Harmonised Indices of Consumer Prices for November on 14h December

Year-on-year change in Harmonised Index of Consumer Prices for Finland 1/2000 - 11/20071)
1) The inflation calculated with the Harmonised Index of Consumer Prices has been revised for November in Finland, the correct value is 2,2% (the previous figure was 2,1).
The cost-of-living index and the Harmonised Consumer Price Index will be published in connection with the consumer price index as from January 2008
The cost-of-living index and the Harmonised Index of Consumer Prices are published for the last time on their own home pages on 14 December 2007. Starting from the publication on 14 January 2008, these statistics will be transferred to the home page of the consumer price index.
