The total impact of an increase of EUR one million in the final use (consumption expenditure + gross capital formation + exports) of the products of the industry on the number of employed persons in the whole economy was 12.3 employed persons. The next biggest total impacts were seen in the food industry (12.1) and in the textile industry (11.3).
