Since the statistical year 2021, own sold production and subcontracting production produced for others have been broken down in the statistics on industrial production.
Read more about the changeAccording to preliminary data of Statistics Finland's statistics on industrial output, the value of sold industrial output (industries B: Mining and quarrying and C: Manufacturing) amounted to around EUR 104.7 billion in 2022. Fees from subcontracting production totalled approximately EUR 3.4 billion.
