The data basis of the statistics on business subsidies has been expanded to include different subsidy programmes more extensively than before.
Read more about the changeAccording to Statistics Finland's data, direct business subsidies paid amounted to EUR 961 million and those granted to EUR 1,991 million in 2022. Loans granted totalled EUR 709 million and guarantees EUR 1,714 million. Business subsidies were received by 44,165 enterprises.
