68 per cent of those with initial vocational qualifications are employed persons in 2021

According to Statistics Finland's education statistics, employment became easier for recent graduates with initial vocational qualifications in 2021. Sixty-eight per cent of them were employed in the following year after graduation. Those with qualifications from the fields of health and welfare found employment easiest.

  • Women with initial vocational qualifications found employment more easily than men, the difference between the sexes was 13 percentage points.
