Total performance of road traffic decreased by 1.3 per cent in 2022

According to Statistics Finland, the total of kilometres driven in road traffic in Finland was 47.7 billion car kilometres in 2022. This is 1.3 per cent lower than in the previous year. The volume of road traffic decreased by 0.9 per cent on highways and by 2.3 per cent on streets and private roads.
