According to Statistics Finland, EUR 3.6 billion was spent on renovating non-residential buildings in 2023. Compared to the previous year, the value of non-residential building renovations went down by 6.9 per cent. Of types of buildings, most fall was recorded for commercial and office buildings, which went down by 10.5 per cent.
