Studying two languages most common among students in upper secondary education in 2023

According to Statistics Finland, 61 per cent of students in general upper secondary school education were learning two languages in 2023. Thirty-five per cent of students in general upper secondary school education studied three or more languages. Eighty-two per cent of vocational education students learnt two languages. Two per cent of vocational education students studied three or more languages.
