Industrial output increased by 5.5 per cent year-on-year in October

According to Statistics Finland, output of total industries (BCD) adjusted for working days was 5.5 per cent higher in October 2021 compared to October 2020. Seasonally adjusted output went up by 0.2 per cent in October compared with the month before.

Adjusted for working days, output in manufacturing (C) increased by 4.4 per cent from one year earlier. Seasonally adjusted industrial output fell by 0.4 per cent in October from the month before.
